Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and manufacturing has commenced.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as each product is specially created based on customer specifications.

No Return / No Exchange Policy

The following conditions apply to all orders:

  • No exchange requests will be accepted after manufacturing has started

  • No exchange or return requests will be accepted after delivery

  • No changes to customization, design, colour, or text are allowed once production begins

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized are not eligible for return or exchange.

Replacement Policy (Limited Cases Only)

A replacement may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Verified manufacturing defect

  • Functional issue affecting usability

  • Incorrect product delivered (not matching confirmed order details)

Eligibility Conditions for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery

  • A continuous 360° unboxing video (mandatory) must be recorded from package opening to full product inspection

  • The video must be clear, unedited, and without any cuts or pauses

  • Product must be unused, untampered, and in original condition

  • Item must be returned if requested for inspection

  • Approval is subject to verification by our team

Resolution Process

  • Upon approval, we may repair, remake, or replace the product at our discretion

  • Customer bears one-side shipping cost

  • Company bears return shipping cost

  • Only one replacement attempt per order is allowed

  • No monetary refund will be issued once a replacement or repair is provided

Replacement Timeline

  • Replacement orders follow standard production timelines

  • Expedited processing is not guaranteed

  • Delivery timelines depend on courier services and are beyond our control

Non-Eligible Scenarios

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • 360° unboxing video without cuts provided

  • Edited, paused or incomplete unboxing video

  • Requests made after manufacturing has started

  • Requests made after delivery without valid claim

  • Incorrect customization details provided by the customer

  • Minor variations inherent to 3D printing

  • Colour/finish differences due to screen display variations

  • Courier delays or external handling issues

  • Issues reported beyond the 3-day window
